Alana De La Garza was born in the year 1976 by her Mexican-American father as well as an Irish-American mother. She is a well-known actress on television. De La Garza born 1976 to an Irish mother and a Mexican father, in Columbus Ohio. Soon after she was moving to Texas to pursue her degree in physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't stay for long in Texas before moving to Orlando, Florida. In Orlando, she played various roles ranging including local independent films and international commercials. Despite the small role, she found that acting was her interest. She relocated to New York. Her first acting gig was with the soap-opera All My Children. In the beginning of 2000, she appeared in small part for JAG Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she got a role as her first part of a series on The Mountain which was which was a television show that lasted only a few episodes. She played Maria Serrano and De La Garza was lucky enough to star alongside some top TV actors like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. Her most memorable role was in 2006's Law & Order where she was A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She was on for 85 of the episodes. The character she played on her Law & Order: LA spinoff was only a few episodes. This character was a hit and brought De La Garza many nominations including Best Supporting Actress - Television by the Imagen Foundation Awards and even several ALMA Award noms. In addition, the National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded her with the Impact Award, which is awarded for exceptional performances on the drama series. De La Garza got a reprise role in CSI Miami a few moments further. She played Marisol Deko as well as the wife of David Caruso's character Horatio. She played Dr. Lena Solis in NBC's dark comedy Do No Harm. After two episodes the series was cancelled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her younger twin brother Cory was born 10 years younger than her. The family she was raised in was a religious and conservative family. Milano was seven years older when her babysitter took Milano to an audition. Her audition was among over 1000 applicants. Milano was chosen as one of only four girls. Milano performed in television advertisements and on off-Broadway plays, among them the first American musical version to Jane Eyre.
